GARAGE EPOXY / CONCRETE STAIN

Turn your garage into a clean, attractive, and highly functional space with Razo Painting of Sarasota’s expert garage epoxy coating and concrete staining services. Whether you use your garage for storage, work, hobbies, or parking, our flooring solutions offer the perfect blend of style and strength. With years of experience and professional-grade products, we deliver flawless, long-lasting finishes that elevate your garage beyond bare concrete.

Why Epoxy or Stain Your Garage Floor?

Raw concrete is porous, prone to staining, and susceptible to cracking and dust. A professionally applied epoxy coating or stain not only improves the appearance of your garage but also adds critical protection. These treatments resist oil, chemicals, moisture, and abrasion — making them ideal for garages, workshops, and utility areas.

Whether you want a sleek, glossy showroom floor or a more natural, stained concrete look, our team can customize the finish to match your style and function.

Customize Your Garage Floor

We offer a wide variety of finishes and styles, including:

High-gloss solid color epoxy
Decorative flake systems for texture and traction
Natural concrete stains for an earthy, elegant finish
Slip-resistant and chemical-resistant options

Whether you want a polished, showroom-style garage or a rugged surface built for heavy use, we’ll help you find the right solution.

Built for Performance

At Razo Painting, we follow a detailed, proven process to ensure your new floor is as durable as it is beautiful:

Surface Preparation: We begin by thoroughly cleaning and grinding the surface to remove contaminants and open the pores of the concrete — critical for long-term adhesion.
Repairs: Cracks and imperfections are repaired and smoothed to ensure a consistent base for epoxy or stain application.
Professional Application: For extra protection and shine, we finish with a durable topcoat that resists peeling, chipping, and UV fading.
Curing & Final Inspection: After proper curing, we walk you through the finished product to ensure everything meets your expectations and performance needs.
