Uri has been in the painting industry since the age of 15, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, spray finishes, and high-end residential projects.
Before opening Razo Painting, Uri worked with two professional painting companies, spending 12 years with his previous employer, where he advanced to Superintendent. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day operations, managed crews, met with customers, handled project estimates, quality checks, and walkthroughs, and ensured jobs were completed with exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
This deep experience in every phase of painting — from prep work and spraying to project management and quality control — shaped the standards we operate with today.
